There is a number of ROYAL CANIN® products, predominantly canine, that are temporarily unavailable. This is due to an issue that ROYAL CANIN® Australia has identified with their import permit. Please be assured there is no quality or food safety concerns.

We regret to inform you that there a number of ROYAL CANIN® products, predominantly canine, that are temporarily unavailable.

This is due to an issue that ROYAL CANIN® Australia has identified with their import permit. Please be assured there are no quality or food safety concerns.

ROYAL CANIN® apologises for this inconvenience. Please be assured that they are proactively managing this situation to minimise the disruption as much as possible.

While we do not yet have exact timeframes, we anticipate that stock will not be available for at least several weeks.

As always, the needs of cats and dogs remains ROYAL CANIN®’s number one priority.

Update as of 29th of October 2017: Some stocks have been coming back in and we are expecting new stock to arrive each week now. We still do not have a date when all products will be available again.
